At Portland Gear®, we want you to love your hometown apparel, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed from the package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items into the original mailer or a similar protective envelope and drop it off at any official USPS location or blue collection box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
